Orbit is freely available actuarial software for modelling traditional life insurance products such as term insurance and critical illness. Orbit is easy to use as only actuarial assumptions are entered, no programming is required. Orbit has over 100 users worldwide. Features include:

- Goal seeking for premiums and commissions, by each age point if required
- Stochastic cash flows and deterministic cash flows
- Sensitivity tests are easily created
- Graphical results of cash flows
- Documentation facility producing a pdf file of cash flow results along with the assumptions used
- Importable and lockable standard mortality tables available from a central source
